indeed an authentic Malaysian styled wanton mee and laksa. 4 pax ordered different noodles, truly satisfied Be there early to avoid crowds The environment was quite clean as well. Pricing was acceptable also.

There are two noodle stalls here, one selling ban mian and another selling curry and Wantan noodles. I ordered their Chinese herbal soup mee hoon kway. Like most Malaysian ban mian, this one comes with Sayur manis, fried ikan bilis, chunks of mince meat. They also added a few pork meat balls as well. The kway was hand torn and they were thin but al dente. Soup had a strong taste of Angelica Root and you can see a few wolfberries. Portion was just right for light lunch. But be warned. The Angelica Roots will make the soup a bit bitter. For those who do not like Chinese herbal soup, you can order plain, Mala or Tom Yam. Update: I went again on 3 Jan 2023. This time we ordered Wantan Mee and Noodles. Each bowl was only RM6 and the portion is not small, loaded with ingredients. Easily the cheapest and most added value noodles in JB.

Wanton noodles with mushrooms chicken legs is marvelous and my wife try the dry wanton mee with ciao liew. According to her the dry wanton noodles is too her liking but the liew needs improvement. Next trip I gonna to try the dry curry chicken noodles and the pork porridge / pork noodles. Drinks... coffee needs further improvement.
